Aims and Scope

Aims

The BAU Cyprus Law Journal aims to publish high‑quality scholarly work that advances understanding of law and legal systems. Our goal is to ensure that practitioners, academics, policy‑makers, students and civil society have access to current legal scholarship across a broad spectrum of disciplines. We strive to foster dialogue among legal scholars and to provide a venue for the dissemination of research that contributes to the development of law in national, regional and international contexts. We encourage submissions that explore innovative ideas, address pressing legal issues and promote critical discussion.
